Disclaimer

1. It has come to SSA’s attention that for some time, SSA’s name is being misused by several digital loan apps viz. Wise Loan, Money Keeper

Finance, Property Piggy, etc. for defrauding the public.

2. These apps are inviting on-line personal loan applications by falsely claiming to have “a deep partnership with SSA Finserv Private Limited”. They make repeated claims for advance payment of different fees and once these fees are paid, the app stops interacting with that individual.

3. All may note that SSA Finserv Private Limited doesn’t have any affiliation, partnership, association or any relationship whatsoever, with any Digital Loan App, Fintech, Third-Party Loan Arranger, etc. Further, SSA Finserv Private Limited never asks for payment of any processing fee in advance.

4. For cautioning the public at large, SSA Finserv Private Limited has issued Public Notices in leading newspapers. Police Complaints have also been filed in Mumbai. If any loan app or some such external platform claims to have association with SSA Finserv Private Limited and asks for payment of fee, the same should be immediately reported to the nearest Police Station.

Grievances

1. Customers seeking redressal of grievances are requested to follow the steps given below.

Write to us at complaints@ssafinserv.com with full details of the issue. If the issue is not resolved within 21 working days, it may be escalated to the Principal Nodal Officer at complaints@ssafinserv.com

If the complaint / dispute is still not redressed within a period of 30 working days, the customer may appeal to RBI

2. Bonafide customers of SSA Finserv Private Limited should only send their complaints. Anyone falling victim to the fraudulent digital loan apps, etc. are advised to approach the Police station for guidance.
